Having a  good level of confidence in all areas of life  is essential to really living your life, without anything holding you back. Sometimes our confidence may be affected by negative feedback from others- which we may subconsciously believe. Other times it may have been triggered by an event that just left us feeling totally unsure of ourselves which may reinforce those hidden negative beliefs that are instilled within our subconcious. Either way, if left untreated confidence continues to get worst and can lead to more serious issues such as depression, anxiety and more. That’s why its imperative that low confidence and self esteem is dealt with ASAP so that the negative thoughts that often accompanies low confidence is not further reinforced- leading to a vicious cycle of negative thinking and a continuing lack of confidence.

Low self esteem or confidence can really drag people down in life and potentially stop them from living upto their true  potential. There can often be an underlying cause and reason behind the low self esteem and lack of confidence. Therapy is about challenging those negative beliefs so that you can eliminate limiting thoughts about yourself and live your life to the full.  My approach is also to target the underlying reasons behind the lack of confidence and low self esteem so that you can finally gain that confidence and live your life to the full.
