I offer pure relaxation sessions for clients who just want to relax and ‘chill out’ The relaxation techniques are lasting- helping you to feel more relaxed and at ease when things get a little stressful. In the relaxation session, you will also learn self hypnosis and relaxing counselling skills. Self hypnosis is an excellent tool to use when you feel that things are getting too much. You can use this powerful tool for life; use any time; anywhere and the benefits are endless; leading to less stress in life, better health and wellbeing, feeling better about the things which you may not be able to control in your life.
Numerous Research has shown the benefits of relaxation using hypnotherapy on overall health and mental wellbeing. For example, in two studies, students underwent hypnotherapy session and overall results for both studies showed improved mood, health (fewer winter viral infections) and reduced levels of clinical depression and anxiety.
